Bring Indonesia’s Beauty to the
World
Indonesia for the first time from other ASEAN
country became host country for Miss World 2013. It was an honor for Indonesian
to be a host country, to welcome more than 120 beautiful and wonderful women
all over the world who have great awareness for environment, humanity and
globalization issue. Not only have that, Indonesia become host country for
quarantine and final session for Miss World 2013 with theme “Bring Indonesia’s
Beauty to the World” was a great opportunity for Indonesian to introduce
Indonesia country to the world, because of what, because the final session of
Miss World 2013 will be live on tv more than in 180 countries in the world, not
only that the visitor from other countries also came when Indonesia become host
country for Miss World 2013 from the participant, it was obviously the peoples
from more than 120 countries who are supporter for the Miss World come to
Indonesia to support all of the Miss. It was an amazing opportunity to
introduce every single wonderful thing that Indonesia has.
In my side, became host country for Miss World 2013
is a great step and way for Indonesia and Indonesian to show up the beauties of
Indonesia country as great destination for tourism. Besides that, this event
also help Indonesia to get a lot of income for visitor all over the world and
help the people in micro business or local business to get more income by
selling their product such as hand craft and many others for souvenir. It is
also make Indonesia has strong relations with others country in many aspects,
especially in tourism aspect. Bring Indonesia’s Beauty to the World is great
theme in hosting Miss World 2013 in Indonesia. It means by this events all of
beauties in Indonesia can explore by people from other countries. Indonesia
also can introduce how hospitable and welcome people in Indonesia with the
foreigner. Respectful and peaceful which are the most character that Indonesian
has can be seen by the visitor. Indonesia can show the up that Indonesian can
life in pluralism with peace and accept modernity in middle of traditional ways
of life that still exist in Indonesian.
In the other side, some of Indonesian disagrees with
Indonesia become host country for Miss World 2013, because based on their
opinion it was an appropriate thing for Indonesian. Most of the people in
Indonesia are Islam and Indonesian itself is the most Islamic population in the
world. They said it was an appropriate way to show up the beauties of women in
a sexy way. That was the reason why the people disagree Indonesia become host
country for Miss World 2013.
Every single people has different opinions, they may
support or not about it. But in here I have my own opinion. I obviously agree
Indonesia become host country for Miss World 2013 with all of the advantages
from this event.
